We accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal. All cases are hand-made to order,Once phone cases have begun production, no cancellations/refunds are available.
SHIPPING TERMS :
It usually needs 1 - 5 business days for handling and packaging process.
Estimate for delivery time within :
2 - 10 business days from the date of shipment in US
5 - 15 business days from the date of shipment in AUSTRALIA, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM
5 - 25 business days from the date of shipment in World Wide (Other Country)
We do not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
For holiday seasons, shipping will take longer time to reach—please be patient when awaiting your item.
High quality, high assurance, good service is our offer for you. All of our cases product will ship by USPS and we give a tracking number to all our customers so they can track their case order.
We do fast shipping to our buyer in United states of America, Australia and United Kingdom.
✺ All cases are sent out within 2 - 4 business days of purchase, and will be sent via First Class Mail domestically here in the US with delivery confirmation and First Class International anywhere else in the world (excluding Italy - sorry!) Delays in the USPS can happen (and with our volume, do happen) so please be patient and message us if you're experiencing any issues.
✺ If you're not based in the US, please be aware of customs fees your local post may charge. We are NOT responsible for customs fees, and we cannot mark our packages as gifts.
✺ PLEASE double check your address before you order. Just the smallest error or misplaced address number can cause the package to be lost, which makes for trouble on both of our ends.
✺ If you need a case by a certain date, please message us to see if we can accommodate you - do not order and ask in the notes to seller as we don't see the notes until we go to ship your purchase.
REFUND and EXCHANGE :
Exchanges and refunds are not offered for any customer checkout errors (for example: incorrect phone model or case material, misspelled name), unless the mistake was made by us.
If your case arrives damaged notify us within 48 hours of the package arriving at your house with pictures of the case and we will send you another case.
If your package becomes lost in the mail we can send you another case.
